If I could make a suggestion, please check those authors already on your favorites list. Then check the dates of their last submission.
If the are recently active, send them a very brief email with the kernal of your idea well represented. The writers that do short stories often take fan requests and ideas and complete them.
I think if you approach someone whose style you already like, you have a better chance to end up with something you love.
Be sure to be VERY upfront with those few items of the most importance, and very laid back about the things that aren't essential. You can request character names, sex action and location. But the style and details are all thiers unless you are paying them.
But by working together you can really capture the spirit of what you had in mind.
