Given your other recent posting, I suspect most of my nocturnal activities are illegal in several US states and all the Australian ones apart from the ghetto you guys have your politicos holed up in.
And they like to call it the land of the free.

Actually, according to several American state laws, performing oral sex on a woman is illegal. Why? Ask the Bible bashers that passed them.
Occasionally some states of Australia may try to pass a law that's not only unjust, but downright daft too. The jokes about Tasmania are usually about them being inbred and backward, sort of like the jokes they crack about people in the US south. In 1996 a federal law was passed banning semi-automatic weapons. Not long before this, Tasmania passed a law making it illegal to be gay. The Feds promptly threw it out
Actually Australia is a lot more liberal on what you do behind closed doors, SO LONG as it's behind closed doors. If you wanted to host a Roman orgy, the only time you would get into trouble with local authorities is because a. people breaking parking laws b. being too noisy c. hiring professional escorts or d. all of the above

I thought many of the states in Australia allowed brothels and prostitution. I remember before a trip down under a number of years ago quickly searching online from lap dancing establishments near where I was due to visit only to discover that it was rather easier to find much more intimate services than a married man was supposed to be looking for.
